Why this page exists
Everybody needs this list and nobody has it
You close on a house, and within a month you need six people you have never met. If you have moved here from somewhere else, you do not know a soul to ask. It is the most common question we get after closing, and it has nothing to do with real estate.
So here is our answer. These are the businesses that support Counts Real Estate and appear in our partner book — local companies, working this coast, with a real phone number and a person who answers it.
A word on what this is and is not. Nobody paid us to be on this page. We have not inspected anyone’s work, and a listing here is not a recommendation from us — ask for references and get your own quotes, the same as you would anywhere. What we can tell you is that these are established local businesses that stand behind a printed directory with their names in it.
